>tell her to start prepping onions and tomatoes for the lunch rush
>takes a sharp knife and an onion literally starts smacking the back of the knife down on the onion
>she actually tried to cut the onion with the back of the knife, while slamming on the sharp end with her hand
>it takes her three chops before she realized she was taking chunks of meat from her hand
>i look on in horror as she starts screaming and crying
>there is blood everywhere and on everything
>no one is helping her, customers are recording it on there phones
>well a bandaid isn't gonna fix this shit, i wrap rags around her hand and drive her to the hospital
>car is covered with blood, it looks like i murdered a dozen hookers

Maybe 4 a week. Sometimes i like some egg on toast, sometimes i hardboil some and put them in my ramen for lunch.
