By itself the proposed diet gives you a lot of food for €29
But you still would need to buy liver/lungs/heart, or blood. And make food that contains magnesium, b12 and iron.
And you would still need to buy some extremely cheap canned tuna or fish, and eat 2 meals of it a week at the least.
