Yup. The kadboles my grandmother makes are much lighter in color than the OP, not sure what the difference is though.

Some of my favorites
>nippat (with any rice/curry dish, break it up and sprinkle evenly) [cracker]
>churmuri (make sure to use a newspaper cone) [spicy puffed rice + vegetables]
>bhel puri (pre-made spice packet is fine)
>dahi puri (pic related)
>samosa chat [broken up samosas/bhel puri mashup]
>chakli + thokku (both are crucial) [crackers + dip]
>pav bhaji/vada pav [bread + thick curry/bread + fried cutlet]
>mysore pak [sweet, kind of like fudge but not chocolatey]
>gobi manchurian (wet version) [fried cauliflower (similar to "buffalo chicken" or "buffalo cauliflower")]
>chili paneer [just paneer with chilis and spices]

if you have an indian grocery store look for "navrattan mixture" (https://www.amazon.com/Haldirams-Navrattan-Mix-200g/dp/B002DN0RNC).). I used to eat the entire bag in one day when I was in middle school so my parents stopped buying it. It's like Indian chex mix.

Popular ones I don't really like but many do
>dhokla
>diamond sweet
>gulab jamun
>rasgulai
>obbattu [sweet bread]
>jalebi [sweet/syrupy/fried]

I made up the latinizations ad-hoc so let me know if you can't find something. Vegrecipesofindia is my starting point usually.
