When it comes to Southern-style hot sauce, I'd say Louisiana is the best.

I first discovered it at the dollar store. It thought it'd taste really low-quality. Why else would it be sitting in a dollar store?

I was so wrong. The cayenne tastes so fresh and intense. The vinegar is so sharp and "bright."
