I'm a jhsc member from a place where people with 6+ years of experience of deboning picnics injure themselves even with protective equipment
no matter how good you are at something, you can fail, and you can fail god damned hard.
i've even had to patch up a guy who had someone elses knife jammed through his hand, through the metal glove.
