mac and cheese is pretty good, you can get a box for around 70 cents where I live, which is more than half a day's meal
easy to add stuff inside, like meat or vegetables

the trick to making it taste amazing is to create the cheese sauce separately like you would a béchamel before tossing in the al dente boiled macaroni, maybe add a kick of chili powder as well
