Am I understanding wash steeps correctly? Here's what I've gathered.
>No wash: greens and very light oolongs (e.g jade tie guan yin)
>Wash steep: White, black, raw+ripe puer, dark oolongs:
However sometimes I see videos where someone washes a dragonwell and sometimes I see a video where someone doesn't wash a puer. What the hell is correct?
