As for pizza, I'm not going to put up with any Italian horseshit here. Look, we know that you probably have a better food culture overall in terms of quality/quantity, but you need to understand, there is SO MUCH quantity here that you can find the "diamonds in the rough" without too much trouble, and that includes pizza. Yes, most of the fast food options are crap, but I've also eaten allegedly DOC-certified Neapolitan pies here. And then you have New York. And New Haven. And Chicago. And Detroit. And California. And I'm not going to mention Altoona but yeah them too. If the pizza exists, you can find it in America. OK, maybe not Japanese mayo & corn pizza, but the New Haven clam pizza makes up for that. And that's not even considering homemade pies. We like pizza and you can find people who care about it and make some pretty amazing pies. There is a lot of shit, but if you want flour milled by Egyptian slaves, and tomatoes from sun-kissed Tuscany, with olive oil from Rachel Ray's pores, and wagyu buffalo mozarella curdled over 9000 times, you can find it here. Just not at Dominos. (WE LIKE PIZZA.)
