not sure what's going on in this pic but that looks horrible, i lived ~17 years in south-east Africa and ate lots of matapa and ugali, matapa is a green stew that may not look appealing but makes up for it in flavors, its so good i'd choose it as a last meal, matapa is basically made from cassava leaves, coconut milk, peanuts, shrimp paste, onions, stock, perhaps garlic i dont recall, served with rice or ugali, myself, i do prefer the ugali over rice

It is called matapa and it originates from south-east Africa. Made from cassava leaves, coconut, peanuts and oftentimes shrimp. Absolutely divine. Could eat this stuff until rupturing.
