Why can't I figure out how to food

I want to start a juice company. I have a catchy name, I have the startup money, but I am not sure where I would go to get started. I have all my recipes nailed, everyone I have given this juice to loves it beyond belief. But basically I just don't know where to go to get started.

Where do I go to get the machinery? Where can I get the bottles and packaging for the bottles? Who do I speak to to get the product into stores? Do I just pick up the phone and try to arrange a meeting with Whole Foods, Safeway, other local markets, etc?
