Had some fish at some "hip" biatro bar in Santa Monica. Got some bacterial intestinal infection that gave me serious diarrhea for several days before I finally bit the bullet and got help. Had to take antibiotics for 12 days. Apparently, the strain of bacteria is really only ptevalent in central America and is easily killed fr standard hygiene peactices...ffs. absolutely disgusting.
