The concept of conservatives crying about freedom of religion when not allowed to be coercively discriminatory towards others is the height of irony and privilege.

It isn't liberty to have a business open to the public that won't serve gay people sometimes. It isn't liberty to deny qualified gay parents an adoption because you have the convenient excuse of religious beliefs that somehow applies to a business open (theoretically) to any adult seeking to parent and sometimes even funded by state/federal money. It is all hypocrisy of the highest order. Religious beliefs (made-up) are federally protected. Being gay (not made-up) is not.
