Yeah, taobao looks like it is a good option for obscure heicha that is not easily available. I know the some of the prominent factories for qing zhuan and Qu Jiang Bao Pian have stores taobao. Buying from official factory stores probably costs more than the Chinese market value (ofical stores tend to sell at full MSRP) but the official stores are safe and still sometimes cheaper then western vendors (high shipping costs and proxy service fees can eat up savings), plus the benefit of being able to access otherwise unavailable teas. I plan to figure out how to make an account and put in a order of heicha sometime. I also intend to look for deals on puerh and canned oolongs when I do. A shame taobao intentionally makes it hard for foreigners to use.
