Most people I've introduced to scrapple can't get past the consistency (especially if not cooked/fried hard) or the contents. I grew up eating and love it, however.

I love scrapple. Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, but living in Mississippi. I figure folks would go crazy for scapple considering the emphasis placed on breakfast foods here.
