I am relatively happy with my current espresso machine and this grinder.

Common cheap brewing methods. Low investment cost, low time usage, and they usually take out flavor from coffee oils and the like with a paper filter.

I suggest to occasionally do Turkish (high time usage, low investment cost) or Espresso (low time usage, high investment cost) for more interesting / better coffee. Espresso is also just my go-to.

I'll disagree. A good electrical grinder like pic related saves some work and time with an equally good result. Many also can dispense relatively exact dosages for just one shot from a bigger repository of beans.

Only get a hand grinder if you don't want to afford a good electrical one.
