how did you prepare the consume?
I've only heard that deer meat was more tough than goat but I've never tried.
Beef was the only meat other than goat I've had in birria and it just doesn't have the taste that goat gives off.

Pic related is the best birria I've had in the states. Baked and really tender. I'd probably drink that mug of consume by itself it's so good
