My neighbor boiled 60 lbs of live crawfish just yesterday. He purged them in a cooler and set a 15 gallon pot to boil with this stuff, halved lemons, oranges, bulbs of garlic and a bunch of extra cayenne in it. Added the crawfish at boiling and when it came back to a boil shut it off and let them sit for 10 minutes before straining them out. It took 2 batches. Then he boiled some corn, potatoes and mushrooms in it. Damn fine eating.
