I was considering pic related as the price is just about right and I thought it might give me more room for improvement, my current “stock” setup is alright but I want to go further into brewing a better espresso, considering the Gaggia classic does not have any sort of pressure, temperature or time control other than what it is set as… would it be more room for improvement or for error?

(I already have a perfect tamper for the Gaggia baskets)
