Been going to Saganos since it first opened up, it's the only japanese steakhouse in this podunk part of town so it comes out highly rated. I've never been to the hibachi side, but the bistro side of things is great.

It's owned (I think) by husband and wife, the husband is Japanese and very meek but the wife is chinese and an absolute hellbat.
