I personally like apricot panettone, it’s very fresh and moist because the fruit is partially candied. There’s plain apricot or with salted caramel, white chocolate, dark chocolate, etc..
Pear usually goes with creams such as ricotta (from Sal De Riso) and mascarpone.
Maybe you can try panettone with berries.
