I love just opening one of these (layered in sunflower oil) and eating the whole can with a fork. It tastes so fucking good. I eat atleast 3 a week. Anyone else?

Does anyone have a definitive answer for this? Every article I read contradicts itself.

Then there's selenium. Some articles say it actually speeds up mercury poisoning.

I want to eat 2-3 cans daily on a diet but I'm afraid of killing myself.

Why canned tuna should I buy?

I checked the ingredients. The fish seems to be the same - "Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis)".

The only thing that seems to vary is if the tuna is in oil vs water vs tomato juice or whatever.

Supercheap and it's a magical combination.
