if you're going to make your own wings you should really consider making your own sauce

melt a big chunk of butter
sautee a clove or 2 of finely chopped garlic in there
spoon or two of chili paste, i use sambal oelek
lower heat
bit of honey, let it bubble a bit

wala honey garlic buffalo wings

i put blue cheese on top 10/10

deep fried pasture raised wings with a honey sambal oelek buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese

buy a $30 fryer from walmart and it'll pay for itself in wings

i've been making this honey and sambal oelek buffalo sauce lately that's pretty good

put it on a steak or chicken wings or make salad dressing
