While not a "true" fast, I did one of those 60 day juice reboots only drinking 1-2 liters of juice I made daily. First two weeks were hellish but on that 15th day you feel godly. Ended up losing like 80lbs.

The key is to keep distracted desu, I threw in 120+ hours on the Witcher 3 on top of working every day.
