Because working fast food is literally THE shittiest type of transient labor their is. My first job was loading trucks for 12 dollars an hour and it was MILES ahead of working at mcdonalds if only because I didn't have to deal with shitty customers. Also because my Mexican coworkers sometimes gave underage me a beer after work which was neat.
