Been using one at work for cutting anything from tomatoes to sausage for the past eight months.

Even coming in hungover, tired as fuck on my third 12 hour shift of the week I manage to not fuck up.

It's a cheap one with an angled blade. Sometimes I use the guard, sometimes I don't - depends what I'm slicing.
