I cannot understand why someone would choose a literal meme restaurant over a proper Turkish cuisine one, it's not like the Turks have a big steak tradition (especially one that translates well to Western cuisine standards) as most of their meat game is kebab style grilled over fire usually using a skewers. Why would someone choose this in Constantinople over say Musa Dagdevirens restaurant (memed through Netflix but with actual both great taste and true Turkish cuisine).
In the end he was just a dude who got internet famous for salting meat...basing an enterprise over it especially targeting rich clientele was a surefire recipe for failure.
