if it's been frozen before expiry date, easily 1 week in fridge, but if you're not retarded and not have your fridge set so anything other then its minimal temperature, it can last 2-3 weeks in fridge after that. Expiration dates are generally a meme. You'll realize that when it's 4am and you're hungry ASF and you find that packet of chicken or beef that expired 3 weeks ago, and you open it and it seems like there's nothing wrong with it, you make some tacos or some other epic shit and nothing happens. You do the same shit on another occasion, and then another, and then another, and then after some years you realize, humans ate raw rotten meat of the dirty ground(like all other carnivores still do today) for thousands of years and that basically the only thing expiration dates are based on is food safety laws that are meant to make sure that when you eat things at the very expiration date it's still going to be 99+% safe to eat without getting sick. If stored according to directions it might fall to 80% safety after 1-2 weeks after expiration, aka it's still basically safe.

Usually, the very worst thing that can happen when you eat slightly expired foods is that your digestive system and flora detects an influx of potential unwanted bacteria and flushes it out, aka you'll get loose stools or diarrhea the next day

If you want to be on the """safe side""" and throw out perfectly good food, then go ahead. But i've been ignoring expiration dates and other "food safety tips" for 10+ years and nothing has ever happened to me.
