I fucking hate goat cheese. It tastes fine for like 3 seconds and then is always followed up by this rancid after taste/stink.

chevre. Tangy and refreshing. Spread a layer on some toast, top with salt and pepper. Muenster is also good for making grilled cheese or sandwiches.
