/ck/ I was recently told by a guy at work that whole wheat products are almost literal poison for your body. He said whole wheat throws your insulin levels out of whack and causes diabetes.

He also told me whole wheat contains "anti-nutrients", that actually leach minerals and vitamins out of your body every time you eat them, instead of giving them.
