Most local places still do that, at least here in central FL they do. I haven't had any issues with delivery people bringing my food and I don't tip with cash because I either A. already tipped them online or B. fill out a tip on the receipt and the amount on my bank account for the order changes usually the next day.

It really is a completely different world we live in from say ten years ago.

whenever my dad comes up to visit he always wants to only go to bars and get bar food to eat. i'd finally talked him into indian food last time and he just ended up complaining the whole time. but at least i got to eat something tasty
