Thats essentially what I'm doing with operation pressuretea. Several steeps under pressure into the same cup. While the cups are certainly more one dimensional than a gongfu session, I've gotten zero bitterness and overall very balanced cups. Pic related, Original oolong revival from the verdant sampler. Fragrant, nutty and sweet. Pulled the portafilter out of the machine last night t dry and I'm about to run some more water through it.
