Ragusea still makes some decent videos, but ever since he got that new fancy kitchen in Knoxville his recipes started to lose that original charm. the pot roast, bolognese, chicken and mash with gravy, those were some of his best work and the 2019-2021 period saw some really great recipes and advice for home cooks who just want to make some good fucking food.

he lost his soul once he moved to knoxville and got that fancy kitchen, his recipes still seem good but he focuses on making fancy foods rather than some good home cooking. the bolognese video, chicken cacciatore and pot roast were his peak and it's sad to see him fall this way.
