Just made cauliflower puree today, and my Lord what a fucking discovery this thing is so fucking soft and mellow that it shields your palate perfectly and acts as a tiny angel to protect you from spicy shit I'm an official fan now.

I used it with spicy BBQ burgers today but what could I use it with next? I saw Gordon used it with seabass and scallops
