My European buddy came over for dinner and I grilled him a few burgers to give him the full American experience. I grab a couple singles to throw on top and he immediately throws a shit fit about it and says it's not "real" cheese. He refused to eat my cheeseburgers so I called him a fag and said his wife's a whore (a joke), then he stormed out of there. He sped out of my driveway like Roman Polanski and I yelled "lose my number cocksucker". His window was down so he definitely heard me.

Why are Euros such snobs about cheese?

you can make this with or'nge cheddar. i personally like to use some kraft singles as well as cheddar because they melt really smooth and cheesy and it emulsifies it all together

you cook the pasta in milk, stir in the cheese, let sit covered a few minutes, and wala. it literally takes the same amount of time as instant mac & cheese and it's so much goddamn better

It's hard work removing the plastic rind from enough Kraft singles to make lasagna so a lot of American chefs just leave it on the cheese

Kraft singles. My father was suspicious of cheese and now I'm the same.

For, me it is American, particularly the Kraft variety. It's silkiness is superb.
