It's obviously not raw, you can see it has crust. I can understand the confusion though. The french have the word bleu, the fnglish have rare, while americans will call medium rare for rare and lack a word the perfect doneness for steaks and hamburgers.

Made this burger a while ago. It was truly delicious.

Just made and ate this delicious burger. Mayo, mustard, romano lettuce, onion, tomato, pickled jalapeños and red habanero sauce.
