Induction bros, do yours also have shit temperature control? I have one with 10 levels of heat, and it seems like anything below 4 is way too cold to actually sear/fry anything, but above 4 and the oil in my pan starts smoking. Is this what life with an induction top looks like?

I can't eat chicken thighs without tasting that same shit, it's always this same gross taste in them. Don't get it with restaurant chicken thighs at all, just whatever I buy from the store. Washing the chicken doesn't help either.
