People spend hundreds of dollars on bullshit chasing the consoomer dragon. Look at any other hobby. Dudes with 5 grand worth of guitar pedals when the real problem is they can't play for shit. Thousands of dollars into a PC rig to get 4k 144hz only to realize it doesn't solve their clinical depression. Or a more /ck/ flair, needed every kitchen gadget under the sun. You don't need a immersion circulator, and it doesn't make anything better than skill and experience with other methods. It's just a fool proof way to spend a load of money to get a dopamine hit.

Sheetz is fucking hot garbage. The only redeeming quality is that you can get food 24/7. But pretty much everything is the shittiest tier. Wawa is at least a bit better, but still like, fucking Subway quality because they limit their menu more. Also saw the guy post Royal Farms. What's the deal with that place? I had lots of MDfags I know talk it up and stopped by when I went up. And it was dinnertime, so I assume everything was relatively fresh. The chicken was meh, and the fries/wedges were probably the worst potato product I've ever eaten. I guess if you could get that chicken at like 3am it'd be cool.

Disappointment. I was on a fried chicken kick a few months back so I got fast food fried chicken every day for like 2 weeks at all sorts of different places. KFC was the worst by a mile. Not to be too /pol/ but chicken joints tend to be staffed almost entirely by blacks and the service is dogshit. I went to KFC 3 times between 2 different locations, and my order was completely wrong every single time. Popeye's is pretty good, they at least get the order correct, but they are slow as fuck. Bojangles is the king of fried chicken here in the mid-atlantic. Bojangles also has the best breakfast biscuits too. Their lunch/dinner sandwiches and boneless chicken is mediocre to bad though, so pass on that.

The chicken sandwich is always good. Their bone in chicken is hit or miss. If you can get it fresh, it's fucking great, but I find that's less than half the time unless you hit them up at opening. When it's not fresh, it's fucking shit tier. It gets so dried out so quickly. I can go to the drive though at Bojangles or even KFC and usually get better chicken at random. But man, if you get fresh Popeye's....I tell you whut.
