Always remember to sweat your eggs. Decreases the cooking time and leaves a creamier texture.

Whatever you like, I bet it's shit. Why, you ask? I guarantee you don't sweat your eggs. Sweated eggs cook quicker and more evenly than normal eggs.

Does /ck/ 'sweat' their eggs? Personally, I like to have a little condensation on the egg. This means it has been out of the fridge for a bit, so the inside is slightly warmer and it will cook faster. Additionally, I believe the egg will cook more evenly.
