Use Scooby's calculator as a baseline. Figure out your BMR and eat at a deficit. Focus on nutrition that keeps you full for a good amount of volume. Log everything.
Also, the medical weight loss clinic uses a simple diet to help fatties shed weight quickly the first couple weeks to help encourage them before started a real nutrition plan. I will share it with you, if you want to do it.
Breakfast: 1 apple, 2 eggs
Lunch and Dinner: all the chicken or red meat and salad you want. Only lemon juice or 0 cal dressings allowed. Only salt and pepper and 0 cal seasonings allowed on the meat.
You do this diet for 3 days, then eat normally for 3 days, then repeat again twice. You should lose 5-8lbs easily. This is only for fatties with 0 self control and isn't sustainable, it's just a headstart to encourage you
