I live in Minnesota.
Employers are not allowed to credit tips against wage.
Minimum wage in Minneapolis has been 15$ an hour since 2017.
So right off the bat you are giving every server 30,000$ a year to do half the work of a McDonald's employee.
Then they get tips.
My friend is a complete retard and he makes ~80,000$ usd each year as a waiter.
Imagine that.
80k with no student loan debt.
Imagine not even paying taxes on half of your tips because they're cash.
Imagine being so entitled you bitch about that.

You know why you have a favorite bartender(s)? Because the vast majority are so fucking shit that when a single one comes along and does the bare minimum it sticks out in your mind.
