I worked at a 5 star resort at the start of my cooking career for 8 years.

>felt it was time for a move to something less corporate/organisation.
>get job with higher position at family run place known for good quality food.
>going great first few days
>put fries up to the pass
>see front of house taking fries out of the customers bowls and eating.
>ignore it first few times with increasing anger
>several orders later still doing it
>I approach them and tell them to stop touching the customers food
>make it very clear its not acceptable for me to let that happen
>explain if they want food I can make it for them, the restaurant has a family/staff meal policy.

>I end up raising my voice and going on a rant about how much cleaner my hands are.
