I get a bowl with brown rice (it's really healthy for you!), black beans, chicken (gotta have my 'tien), fajita vegetables, tomato/hot/corn salsa, and a big heaping pile of 'mole.

Okay, guys. How can I improve my diet?

Breakfast: Eggs fried in olive oil sprinkled with a minced sun dried tomato, garlic, basil mix and two slices of whole wheat bread.

Lunch: Either, no lunch if busy or something lighter, a sushi roll is an example.

Dinner: Varies by day but I usually end up eating out. Generally, not exactly healthy but not awful quality food.
