Since my thread got deleted, I'll just post here. I was rolling for egg based breakfast, and I made the first anon's choice.

I sauteed the mushrooms with some shallot in butter and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cooked the eggs in a basket on one side, and (after purusing my cheese drawer) decided to make a parmesan crust on the other side. So, i coated the other side before flipping in finely grated parmesan, flipped, and raised the heat slightly so I'd get a crust while keeping soft yolks. Plated it, and topped with the mushrooms and added some grape tomatoes I blistered in the pan alongside.
Unfortunately my lighting is shit, so it doesn't look as nice in the pic as it did in real life. I also took a close up where you can actually see the parmesan crust. Whatever....
