I was going to write something up for you, but this is a good summary. Most important is the dry finish and almost fruity estery flavor from the Belgian yeast, IMO.

Just brewed my first saison and am excited to try it, especially now that I have a kegerator and don't need to bottle. Will post results when it's done (in like, two weeks).
