NO U. I'm not a filthy american. Here is what I got dumb shit:
1: Cheap shit olive oil (but not THE cheapest)
2: Fine as shit first harvest, single farm extra virgin olive oil, thats usually sold in ultra limited quantities. Go and shove "the finest olive oils you can buy in europe" up your ass.
3: Rapeseed oil, mostly locally sourced.

Here is what I fucking use these fucking oils for:
The cheap olive oil is for LOW-MEDIUM heat sautéing or simmering, but it mostly depends on what the fuck I am sautéing. Making quick dressings and whatever the fuck I need olive oil for that I don't need to use the expensive shit for.

The best in class olive oil is for stand alone usage only, that means good bread, over salads, charcuteri, and whatever needs a ultra high quality oil. If your brain can not understand this: APPLICATIONS WHERE HEAT IS NOT INVOLVED DUMB SHIT.

Rapeseed oil is for MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT searing, FRYING and fucking deep-frying. This is the workhorse of my oils.

>Adding butter raises the burn temperature.
Though with this I do concede as I forgot about it, I rarely use this combo. You win this round fucking fuck.
