i made gingerbread dough some days ago.
i will store it for like 3 weeks and then finish it.

in the meantime i am going to make zimtsterne.
will take pics of my process then too.

zimtsterne.(german for "cinnamon stars").

best cookies in the world.
i made them several times, they are not hard to make but it's a bit of work.
i think i made them 3 times so far and i surely will make them for christmas at least once.
they taste great and people love them.

the pic(which i got from google) comes surprisingly close to the way my zimtsterne always look.
i use the recipe from a german cooking site.
