I’m not very good when it comes to cooking. But basically what I’m looking for is a chicken breast recipe where I can meal prep for the week. Particularly a recipe where the chicken won’t be all dry after being refrigerated and microwaved days later

2 bags (150g each) of pistachos
2 bananas
2 protein shakes
Zero calorie energy drink

Best ways to cook chicken breast?

What's the quickest way of cooking chicken breast that takes the least effort? I end up eating fast food too much because I can't be assed to prep properly.

What are some good stand-alone dishes I can throw chicken breast on to get some extra protein? So far I've got:

Quesadillas & Pizza. Any ideas?

Please for the love of God somebody tell me how to bake chicken breast properly. I've done it right once I know how good it can taste. I'm so tired of being physically repulsed by my shitty meals. Other easy ways to prepare chicken in bulk are welcome too.
