Bullshit. Some of them shares commonalities to the point that are indistinguishable, but generally face features are different, and spaniards tends to have darker brownish skin (or being extremely white with blue eyes).
Italian face is moure roundish, hairs are more curly, mouth and eyes are different even if you compare southern italian from Campania who has a very long history of being of the spanish reign
