Tried one side by side with a real burger from the same place. It was clear from the texture, color and flavor that it wasn't real meat. Mostly the flavor, it tasted earthy and nutty, like a plant. Had a bit of soy flavor too.

That said it wasn't bad. Hell, it was the best meatless burger I ever had, not that that says much.
