Now let's be real /ck/, what are your favorite soy sauces?
I've tried many over the years and the ones i keep in my pantry are Kim Ve Wong for pretty much everything involving cooking the sauce, and Yamasa for everything cold dipped.

I guess what i'm missing would be a heavily savory one, maybe thicker.
